The Hannah Baby Dress: light blue denim with ladybird appliqué and flower border

A little garden dress for the smallest members of the family. A soft light blue denim A-line dress with a red appliqué ladybird, her wing patterned with hearts and tiny flowers, sitting among pink and coral blooms and curling green stems. A border of embroidered flowers in pink, white, mint and magenta runs along the hem. Inside, the contrast fabric is blue with multicoloured spots. Designed, cut and sewn by me in Nottingham.

Easy to put on: a single heart-shaped button fastens at the back of the neck.

One of one. Made once, and there will never be another. Cut from a roll end of rescued denim.

Size: 18 months Chest measures 28cm. Length 44cm.

Care: Machine wash inside out at 40°C with similar colours. Iron on a medium to hot setting, and never directly on the front of the embroidery (iron on the reverse instead).

Arrives gift-ready in a keepsake box with tissue paper.
